- Go for a walk every morning. A long walk. Walk as fast as you can. See if you can outrace your thoughts. You can’t.
- Take a programming class. Don’t understand it. Spend 8 hours a day in front of your computer
- Forget to eat
- Have insomnia. Let it take 3 hours to get to sleep. Then wake up every 37 minutes after that.
- When you remember to eat, have no food in the house, then repeat step 3.
