  1. Go for a walk every morning. A long walk. Walk as fast as you can. See if you can outrace your thoughts. You can’t.
  2. Take a programming class. Don’t understand it. Spend 8 hours a day in front of your computer
  3. Forget to eat
  4. Have insomnia. Let it take 3 hours to get to sleep. Then wake up every 37 minutes after that.
  5. When you remember to eat, have no food in the house, then repeat step 3.

If this keeps up, I’ll be a bikini model by August.
