Every muscle in my body aches. All 640 of them. I wince every time I move and the fucking cat rolls her eyes at me.

So, because I was feeling sorry for myself, I ate chocolate chip cookies AND crackers with peanut butter. My next navel-gazing session will be devoted to why I do this to myself.

If there is a bright side, it is that I’m not gaining weight – I’m just not losing it. I’ve even told myself that because I’m working out more regularly (and more strenuously) I need more calories. (400 more per day?)

Yeah. I don’t believe it either.
