One thing that you might find useful is carrying around a big water bottle with you. I&#039;ve read tons of articles on becoming &quot;more healthy&quot; and one of the biggest ways is to increase the amount of water we drink. I got one of those big bottles from Walgreens that holds the recommended eight glasses of water and I keep it at work with me. Two years and counting! It&#039;s the one big change to my life that has been easy and helped cut out a lot of sugar - because normally I&#039;d turn to a soda machine. Cutting out soda automatically helps out heaps and loads. Now I limit my soda to when we go out to eat. Anyway...
