I played in the 2007 World Blogger Championship of Online Poker today. I was playing for 2nd, 3rd, 5th or 8th place. First place was a seat at the Caribbean Adventure poker tournament, which would have been fun, but … I really wanted the Canon Digital SLR camera. I was in second place for like an hour but then I started making donkey moves and my luck ran out and I busted out in 293rd place. Not anywhere close to winning that camera. Maybe next year.
Then I watched a rerun of the 2007 WSOP Main Event on the Travel Channel and decided that I am just as good as Gus Hansen, so I got back online and entered a little $16 SNG (sit ‘n go). Gus Hansen could probably take my chips, but these 15 players had trouble putting me on tilt.
And then I moved in for the kill … and the $108 win.
During current Hold’em session you were dealt 112 hands and saw flop:
- 10 out of 26 times while in big blind (38%)
- 16 out of 27 times while in small blind (59%)
- 16 out of 59 times in other positions (27%)
- a total of 42 out of 112 (37%)
Pots won at showdown – 12 of 20 (60%)

RW, the horses are Friday and Saturday … Breeders Cup … wish I was going to be there!
